Our ceramics are made from abundant and naturally renewable clay. During manufacturing quality checks, non-fired items that do not meet our quality standards can be broken down and reintroduced to the original clay mix. Fired bisque pieces can also be reused for glazed tiles.

In collaboration with several of our key partners, we have installed solar panels on factory roofs to mitigate natural gas use during the manufacturing process, resulting in an approximate 30% reduction in non-renewable energy use during a given sunny day.

Our factories reuse water at every step possible by storing used water in large tanks and filtering it with patented clay removal processes. Additionally, we are capable of delivering items with FSC certified wood and packaging when requested.
